Here’s some answers to possible questions you may have. As always, you can contact us should your answers not be here.

What’s up with the Photoshopped photos? Are you selling fake/non-existing stuff?
Nope! Everything we’re selling here is the real deal, unless noted as fake. As for selling non-existent goods? Sorry, that’s what thieves and scammers do.

We take photos of our products and use Photoshop to place them into other situations. It adds colour and vibrance, and looks much better than the stereotypical/boring plain product photos and models you see on other shopping sites.

Unless noted, our clothes are new with tags and have not been modelled by anybody. You won’t have to worry about B.O. or any funky smells and/or stains.

My order. Where is it?
That’s a good question. We usually send out orders the day after they’ve come through. If early enough, we can send them the same day.

Unfortunately, regular mail Australia Post can (and often does) take up to a week to go a seemingly short distance, and sometimes the postman will skip your place and put a note in your letterbox. Express Post parcels should take 1-2 days to go anywhere in Australia and international may take longer for both.

As for the Sunday Park t-shirts, they’re printed to order by Printful. Their fulfilment times vary from 2-7 days, then they will post it to you. Unfortunately, that’s out of our hands. But if there’s any delays, we can check their site and correspond with them on your behalf.

What’s the go with the t-shirts?
For a long time I’ve been wanting to have my own shirts printed. Screen-printing is a very expensive job, with set up costs, minimum number of prints needed to be bought and so forth. With Printful, t-shirts are printed to order and there is no minimum number required.

Currently we’re using the Bella + Canvas brand of shirts as they currently have a more consistent star rating. T-shirts from other brands, such as American Apparel and Gildan have a more erratic star rating. Some people love them, some hate them, some sizes are too tight, others too long. Bah! The Bella + Canvas are a fraction more expensive than the others, but you get what you pay for!

Why don’t you ship to my country?
At present we’re only shipping to a few countries as this is just a small venture and a learning experience. In the future Sunday Park may get bigger, but it’s too hard to tell right now. It’s possible we can tweak some settings to include your country, but some with a high risk of disappearing mail (Italy, etc) would require tracking.

My XXXX-product arrived broken. Now what?
Oh no! We’re so sorry! That sucks! We do our best to pack everything well, especially the fragile items. What sucks more is that we probably won’t have another of the same item to send you. Please contact us and let us know, we’ll see what we can do for you. We don’t want you to be disappointed.

Why don’t you take payments via Paypal?
Paypal is very difficult to do business with. They require us to jump through many hoops and they set ridiculously high processing fees and international conversion rates. Also, payments require you go go from Sunday Park to Paypal and back to Sunday Park.

That’s why we use Square for payments. Square integrates with Sunday Park perfectly so you don’t have to go away from the site. Their fees are minimal and automatically get deposited into our account the next day. Sweet!For more information about Square and our Payments Policy, you can read up on it here.

How can I cancel my order (for whatever reason)?
It’s okay, don’t panic! I know the feeling of buyer’s remorse. Please contact us ASAP. We won’t bite. Just let us know you wish to cancel the order (with your name and order number) and we’ll contact you soon. It may take a few days for payments to be refunded and payments can only be refunded to the same card used to make the purchase.

900 Dollary-doos! For International postage?
Sorry! I’m going by the international postage calculator on the Australia Post website. Economy Air is a significantly cheaper option, but then there’s the lack of tracking and the slow delivery time.
